"After waiting two months for the completion of a claim (correctly!) Gayle saw to it that the repair was handled in two days. The bodyshop tried to put sub par parts on (non heated mirrors) when it was paid to put on heated mirrors for my car. The body shop also tried to bill me for the mirror although it was paid by State Farm to replace the mirror. Thank you for your diligence, Gayle!"
