"Asked for a quote they updated my policy instead charged me a massive amount of money refunded a fraction of it when I immediately canceled and then told me there was nothing they could do. Issue has been self escalated to corporate. Angelo and Gale both work at this location they're a bunch of crooks that even altered notes on my account to make it look like they did no wrong. SCREW THESE PEOPLE."
